Ethical Conducts are closely linked with an organizational or company’s rules: they are guidelines that guide the behaviour and decisions of all employees in an organisation; to an extent, they guide the visitors of the organisation. Anything that contradicts their rules or not keeping these rules is unethical conducts.
They are rules binding to everyone, they do not apply to just one individual and are not only used for a mere singular event, but they are also binding to everyone and used continually to address problems around behaviour, harassment, safety and conflict of interests as they arise.
