On management, business and succes

I have seen quite some posts about which mindset and skills you must have to become successful and wealthy.
Let me start by some mandatory flexing: I have researched and invested into cryptocurrency, I have helped organise lectures talk, I have friends in doctors, businessmen and event builders.

Of course, noone is allowed to flex if the flexing does not illustrate one's point. So here it is, in the words of Alex Jones:

So, how can anyone who is kinda retarded become successful you ask? The trick is: don't do everything.

You cannot do everything.

You need friends and partners who help you, who can develop your idea or whose ideas you can develop.
I am often find myself surrounded by people who are smarter than me. At some point in my life, I felt insignificant next to these big people. It's alright, we all feel overwhelmed sometimes. The important thing is that you can distinguish between two kind of people: those who create and give, and those who take and destroy.

Napoleon was a great man, he took what was necessary and also gave back. As the time went on and his power grew, he lost his ability to give and only took. The moment he invaded Spain because he could, it marked the beginning of the end for him. History remembers him for who he was at the height of his power, not the shell he became.

From this small section one may seduce that I am interested in history. This is true . You will also find it in my bio, but does anyone even read that?
I am also interested in culture, psychology and business. The best way to conduct business is to know people. The best way to understand people is to understand psychology. The best way to understand psychology is to study it. Culture gives you the understanding of just what exactly you're trying to achieve.

We shake hands with each other to show respect and to make us equal, even when a difference in power and resources shows otherwise. So when conducting business, it is often the best to go for a fair deal instead of the most profitable idea. What may be the most profitable in the short term will hurt you in the longer term because you will lose (destroy!) a potential partner/friend. When both parties go home satisfied, that is true victory in negotiation.
Of course, don't let the other walk over you.
Again. Distinguish those who create from those who destroy.

I will be close to concluding this article by stating once more that you cannot do everything yourself. Business is a journey, and as your ship gets bigger and you can take more people with you, you also get more choice in who to take with you. Humanity is the deciding factor in a world made of numbers. Numbers don't lie, yet people often do.

For the rest, here are some standard tips: go to bed early and rise early. I sleep from 10PM to 6AM myself, it feels truly wonderful to be productive so early. Would recommend. Also stop punishing yourself for things that go wrong, I used to do so for a long time. Sometimes I still do. If things go wrong so often, it may not be the things you are doing wrong, it's the structure you're doing them on.

And remember: Laugh, and the world laughs with you;
Weep, and you weep alone.

The previous sentence may or may not be a little easter egg for a future post.
