Good write up on investing in people @firepower ...The model followed by IT companies and some corporate's by rewarding employees with stock options is very good for the future of company/business to retain talent as employees are part of growth...Even other small business/employers can emulate this model by rewarding good hardworking employees with percentage of profit and making the employee feel are part of growth..
