Bringing extra value to you and convenience to your clients. It works better in the business of service not really items. This will make it easier to create some more income for you with every client. The more satisfied clients you have the more referrals you will have. If you sell homes which is what I do you find them a beautiful home then most people disappear. But I also have equity in a construction company. Now, this creates extra value as not only do they have an all in one guy. But you yourself will learn plenty about an entirely different industry. For example, selling cars once you sell it the deal is done. How can you get into an entirely different industry to make the client happier? I would recommend a great mechanic. Someone with great reviews who will never do them wrong.

I believe this creates way more value then up-selling. Mainly because you aren't pushing them to spend more. But given them something they need as well. Ask yourself this. Imagine if you can sell an extra 3k of a product or anything. If you could sell 50 of them a year that's 150k for not really doing much. But it has to be a great service of course. Bringing in a partner in this would be best.
