Yes, SEO CAN Work For A Tiny Website!

If you’re just starting out in internet marketing, it can be very easy to feel like you’ve missed the boat and that you’ll never be able to get your website up and running – there’s too much competition, and your site is a tiny little minnow compared to the ocean-going whales that dominate your niche.

Sure, that’s a completely understandable worry. However, let me put it another way: of all the forms of advertising and marketing out there – both online and offline – SEO is actually still the most cost-effective method of gaining visibility and leads.

Sure, you won’t see a flood of traffic like you dream of, but you will be able to start building a foundation that lasts for years. Consider this: content marketing (e.g. writing articles or creating videos) using evergreen content that’s still relevant 10 years on means you’re creating an ad that keeps pulling people into your site years down the line.

What’s better, this adds up with every little thing you do, like an accumulation of visibility tickets. Sure, it feels like a waste of time now when you get maybe 1 visitor a week. It’s easy to think that you’re wasting your time, that this is just a crapshoot and you might as well give up.

Perseverance, however, is what pays off in business, and SEO will work to build your website from a tiny one into a respectable one. Hell, you may even find yourself dominating your niche one day! The most important thing to remember is that you can do this, and it’s not difficult.

The important thing is to just do it and just keep growing. It will add up, and you will reap the rewards of the seeds you sow today.
