In the current (July 2014) month, a survey conducted by the US Department of Fashions and Sellers Organization, US Fashion Industry Association (USFIIA)

The survey has been made in the survey by data from various multinational fashion brands and dealers, policy makers and global media. Where 67 percent of the participants believe that the import of clothing from China will be reduced in the next two years and the increase in the record level of garments from Bangladesh will increase.

The report, titled 'Fashion Industry Benchmarking Study -2018', said that the country's seventh position in the list of garment suppliers in the US, which was the fifth place this year,

Survey respondents expressed interest in importing garments from Bangladesh in two years as an alternative to China. But experts believe that China is not able to move from the top spot to clothing imports. But 'Made in Bangladesh' is more important than many other Asian suppliers.

It is further reported that nearly half of respondents said that by 2020, the import of garments from Bangladesh would increase further. Which could be 32 percent higher than the import of clothes in 2017. But the 'compliance risk' of Bangladesh still remains, which is a major weakness.
