Today, my reason for gratitude, is for the goals that God has allowed me to achieve in my life, and one of them is to have arrived today at # 62 of #GratitudeDay driven by @tojukaka, a person who although not I know and live in a very distant place, I thank for giving us this opportunity to express ourselves and be part of the same purpose: PRAISE AND GLORIFY GOD WITH AN ATTITUDE OF THANKSGIVING.

A long time ago I heard the phrase: "Life is a long way to go"; and since then I had that image in my mind, and according to how it was my life visualized that way. When everything was simple and easy, without problems or worries, this road was like a green meadow, beautiful and subtle; but when the problems and worries began to appear in my life, then that road became a rocky and difficult road to travel. Then, with the maturity of the years I understood, first, that the way of life was one, but that the landscape and topography changed according to the circumstances, and therefore, I had to "Trace Me Goals". In this way the road was not without sense or boring; but a form of preparation to face the obstacles.

The second thing I learned, is that this preparation is not intrinsic in people, but comes from God; and while I had not realized it, and struggled with my own strength to achieve the goals, the road exhausted me, the grief overcame me and I felt frustrated. Until I understood, that it did not have to be this way, that it was not my strength but that of God, and I learned to rest in Him, and I verified that in His arms of love, the path becomes easier to walk.
