Looking for innerpeace?

So I know its Saturday but I wanted to share my Thursday. Such a really nice day.
I decided to get breakfast. I went to this little restaurant in town. I prefer the small locally owned to a franchise.

This place was great. The service was friendly and she kept my coffee cup full which isn't easy.

Great cheap food.

You can't hate a place that has their flower garden inside or original photographs hanging up. A lot of history here.

Now I had planned to head to the hot springs I left my coffee cup at but of course closed on Thursday. My day off. I decided what the heck. I will just drive a bit farther. I am not afraid to drive.

This is such a great hot springs. It is tranquil and peaceful. A great place to recharge yourself.

This was my view. I am always struggling with balance, with trying to find that happy place. Always looking for inner peace. This spot helps me make sense of it all.

I was joined by this little dude...

So I give a hitchhiker a ride all the way to Monte Vista which was a bit out of my way, but trying to help out. I take them to dairy queen and get my self a rootbeer float with chocolate ice cream. Aka a brown cow. My favorite.
Epic fail. Flat rootbeer and not chocolate ice cream.

I am not loving my #DQ....

On my way home I see a beautiful rainbow.

Such simply gorgeous scenery.

What an awesome day. It ended with an amazing lightening show that I had the front row seat for.
