Introducing this name Mandai (cempedak skin) typical food of banjar, this oath is very good π

Make it easy ... as long as you have the stock of the cempedak skin, it's up to the fresh or fermented sudsh.
This is my version that has been fermented, take a bite to taste, wash it thoroughly, rinse the pan and squeeze it until it drops, then fry it dry, cover it with the sauce of the uhh nasi terasi tomato where is the rice.
How to make mandai:
- Cempedak skin that has been peeled clean, washed and then fermented with boiled water + enough salt.
- Then store the airtight container.
But without fermentation it is also delicious, the freshly peeled cempedak skin is processed accordingly
