Video Wall Assist
Unload, build, cable, dismantle, and pack video walls.
V2 Video Assist
Assists V1 in the video department, performs duties such as cabling,
scaffold construction, setting screens, projectors, and other video
equipment.
L2 Lighting assistant
Assists the L1 in setting and cableing instruments, building truss
and light trees, and assists in the focus and gelling of instruments.
Stage Hand
Sets up and takes down stage sets and gear, packs and loads gear.
Backline Tech
Sets up instruments and musician's gear.
Apprentice Carpenter
Provides carpentry labor toward the building of a set.
Apprentice Pyro/F/X
Assists setting up and taking down pyro, lasers, confetti, fog, haze
and other effects.
Carpet Technician/Soft Goods Specialist
Unroll or roll carpet smoothly. Pack, hang, or unpack curtains/drapes.
A2 Audio Assist
assists running cables, rig assembly for hanging audio systems, FOH or
Monitor control, backline, stage lines (bands, etc.), wireless mic
frequency control, and other duties that the A1 designates.
Camera Assist
Assists director and camera ops in setting up cameras, tripods,
risers, and necessary lighting.
C2 Camera Operator
Operates secondary camera
Grip
Assists Key Grip in the setup and operation of lighting for video shoot.
Video Editor
Capable of editing a video file with software such as Final Cut Pro,
Lightworks or Adobe Premiere. Can author DVDs, including interactive DVDs.
Web Designer
Designs, develops, and maintains web site; Uploads site changes, handles
email issues, develops graphics and other applications for the web site.
Design, create and maintain social media, avatars, and 3-D worlds.
Podcast Technician
Operates podcast equipment including audio, video and computer graphics.
Expert at streaming live events, webcasts, vidcasts, multimedia.
Graphics/Titles Designer
Creates and modifies digital graphics with software such as Paint Shop.
Computer Tech
Capable of maintaining and troubleshooting computers; Wipe hard drives,
upgrade and install software, configure applications, maintain printers.
PowerPoint Operator
Capable of loading and queing powerpoint presentations.
Personal Assistant
Assistant to management staff. Capable in many areas, licensed driver.
Registration Assistant
Assists in registering attendees.
Runner
Available for various tasks and able to assist with any project.
Merch
Build and take down POS and promote and sell merchandise.
