Hey guys, this another recipe of my husband.To begin with, here is one of my favorite variation of seafood ADOBONG PUSIT. It is a very rich and tasty dish made from squids cooked adobo style. Just like the usual adobo squid is baraised in the mixture soy sauce and vinegar. While eating, you would first get intimated by the color of the sauce which is darkened by the "ink" coming from the squids but its the aroma and savor is very distinct that getting a tinted tooth would never stop you from devouring a generous amount of serving as you want. Oh My! I really love this.
