Materials :

Potato 500 g of boiled
1 cup of boiled peas,
Butter 150 g,
Raw cloves are two,

Dry lanka gouro 2 teaspoons,
Paola Bhaji Masala or Mittal Spices 1 tablespoon,
Coriander leaves 2 table spoons,
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon,
Onion is big 1,
Like the taste of salt,
Round small loaf 4 (burger making bucket,
Better if smaller).

Methodology:

Take out the potato peel and take it lightly. Stir with 100 grams of butter in a big sauce and grind them with green chili and ginger, garlic. If you have a little brown color, then add onion and grind it. Then keep stirring well with tomato khichi, dry langar guro and pao bhaji masala or mash spices. After some time, keep stirring well with potatoes, boiled peas, half cup water and 2 tablespoons of butter. Give salt to taste.

Pour bread from the middle of the bread and fry it on both sides, and stir well. Add the serving of dough to the dough and serve it on the top with onion onion, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
