Stephen Hawking is depicted performing a space exploration in the Favorite Places episode. This is a series that features a prominent astrophysicist narrative exploring the universe.acehworldtime-20180123-0001.jpg

Hawking is depicted - in the form of CGI of course - is driving a spacecraft. After being in Earth's orbit he passed his childhood vacation spot in Dorset, England. As a child, he thought about why humans could be placed in this vast universe. "This is the basic mystery that drives me to search for any theory," Hawking said, as quoted by the Live Science page, Monday, January 8, 2018.

This episode brings Hawking to his favorite spot. First, in Dorset, where he was looking for his first fossil. Then Venus, in such a hot atmosphere, is under pressure near the surface of supercritical fluids.

According to Hawking, Venus is an example of greenhouse warming. This, he said, could happen on earth if carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas effects present in the atmosphere occur at extremes.

According to NASA, about 4 billion years ago, Venus may have been a much more hospitable place. Astronomers believe Venus once had water, but afterwards experienced a warming period that burned the ocean and pushed temperatures up to 864 Fahrenheit (462 degrees Celsius). "You must know that climate change is real, look at Venus," he said.

Hawking's fantastic journey further brought him to the surface of the sun. He is described to be able to hear the heartbeat of the sun or the sound of nuclear fusion of the star's main stars of our solar system.

He then visited space to witness the birth of a star. Based on the Hubble telescope's image from 1990, the raw material for creating the birth of a star comes from the remains of an ancient giant star. "Agara sun and planets are born like us, the whole generation of giant stars must live and die before them," he said. "And this is a great thing, because it takes about 7 billion years for it to happen." The sun, according to Hawking, is over 4.5 billion years old and the universe 13.7 years old.
