What is bill financing?

Traditional invoice financing is based on the acquisition of invoices from the seller by the funder. In return, the financier undertakes to advance the amount of each invoice to the seller. The buyer who purchased the products from the seller must pay the bills directly to the funder.

The Invox solution:

The Invox Financial Platform is a decentralized peer-to-peer system that will allow sellers, buyers and investors and other service providers to directly connect, interact, share and distribute information. The purpose of the platform is to generate a climate of trust among users, transparency and information exchange, rewarding performance.

This platform revolutionizes the issuance of traditional invoices. financing through the application of a system in which trust and transparency among all parties is developed through an in-built reward system.

Reinvention begins now, with Invox's powerful all-in-one solution

With the creation of a decentralized p2p platform where sellers, buyers and investors are connected, we usher in a new era of invoice financing:

  • No Obstacles: Trust and transparency among all participants is enhanced by authorized access, checks and an integrated reward system.
  • Lower prices for sellers: Sellers will be able to obtain financing at a lower interest rate than they normally receive from a traditional lender.
  • Investor diversification: Investors will gain access to an investment asset that is generally available only to banks and financial institutions.
  • Dynamic Invoices: Dynamic invoices enable all interested parties to update invoice information in real time, ensure unalterability and manage access to confidential information.
  • Connect sellers and investors: Sellers will be able to access individual investors directly.
  • Fractionalised loans: In-bond loans will be fragmented, allowing investors to borrow from a wider group, increase their diversification and lower their overall risk profile.

Who will use the Invox System?

Shareholders seeking higher rates of return and greater diversification of their investment portfolio.
Sellers who have the invoices they want to sell them to you to accelerate their liquidity.

Customers who obtain an extension of the deadline for payment of the invoices and who are paid for the verification of the invoices.

Why should Invoice Financing be developed?

This traditional model puts the funder at considerable risk and increases the likelihood of disputes.

The drawbacks of traditional billing:

  • No direct contact: The financier has no relationship with the buyer, which exposes the financier to great risks.
  • Issuance of invalid invoices: The seller may issue an invoice for incomplete services or products that do not meet the requirements.
  • High legal costs: The creation and processing of legal documents is expensive and usually requires the participation of third-party providers.
  • Fraud: The seller and buyer may conspire to defraud the financier. Or, the seller may violate your agreement and request a direct payment.
  • Disputes: The client can dispute the payment obligation and leave the other parties out of pocket, risking his reputation.
  • Insolvency: The client may go bankrupt and not be able to pay the bills, causing the other parties to suffer a loss of funds.
