Pea tree in traditional medicine

in busy •  5 years ago  (edited)

First of all, pea tree is a wonderful honey plant, yielding from 1 ha to 350 kg of honey. The glucose content in it is so great that the product does not sugar up at all. It has a slightly pronounced aroma, delicate taste, has a unique high concentration of tocopherols, which are responsible for antioxidant properties.

For healing purposes, all parts of a pea tree except fruit are used. The main advantage of pea tree is its harmlessness. Only tree fruit are edible: they are boiled, marinated and sauerked. In the fried form, the pea tree's fruits are ground to brew instead of coffee. They have a lot of protein, fatty oils, cellulose.
