What is happening... we all thought spring is coming and winter is over.
But it feels outside like minus 15 Celsius. Even more snow will fall as well.
Later today we will hear if this is the coldest day ever on March 17th.
Just a quick shot from outside and then back in to feel warm inside the house.
Same here in Montreal. Freezing out after it's been spring like for almost a month!
