Positivity vs Anxiety

The same negative experience can lead us in two completely different ways, what makes us unlock all the negative and all the things that can lead us astray, and how should we learn how to detect them and always take them towards productivity, towards optimism, towards the positive, some people take the easy way, even knowing that it is the negative, and other people have that mental strength to use all the negative and transform it into something positive, there are situations that make a negative situation person prosper.

Obviously when our mind is collapsed, when we have stress, when we have anxiety, when our nervous system is more disturbed than normal, negativity will always come hand in hand with this and we will not think clearly, to create a catastrophe of everything and to magnify everything always from the negative.

The best way to work on this is with positivity and seeing the problem successfully, even when circumstances are not entirely favorable, enhancing our self-esteem can greatly enhance this effect of positivity, key factor when suffering from anxiety, why when we have anxiety, when we have a collapsed mind we will always tend to take everything negative, we will believe that things will go wrong, that we will not be able to pass the exams, finish the race, it will not go well at work or in life in general, the future that awaits us is not prosperous, when we have anxiety we always tend to think like that.

What we have to do is change the mental chip, that thought we must give a change of meaning, we must enhance that effect of positivity that we have completely lost in which we abandon ourselves and let everything be what God wants, when in reality it is not like that, now is the moment more than ever to take control of our life and learn to manage it, that we can think more clearly and focus, and in this way have a more optimistic life, see the problems from another perspective and have the ability to face them.
