University of Dhaka (short, DU) is an official university of Bangladesh located in Shahbagh, Dhaka, which is known as multi-faculty based research university. It was established in 1921 under the Oxbridge Education System in British India. In the beginning, it is recognized as the Oxford of the East in the context of strictly regulated by various renowned scholars and scientists.
