I am very busy,im busy too all time,I don't perceive much of a difference in most uses.let take the contrived example of someone saying "my shop is really busy at the moment/right now,firstly they might mean.I am busy really busy.I'm student,I think I am busy with my studies all day. 12369004_1661203910804083_2584656388719203878_n~2.jpg
