Exercising doesn’t have to be boring, just put on your funniest and cutest socks and your workout will make you smile all way long!

I really don't have today enough time to do a long hard workout at the gym, but this little home workout session will make those muscles burn!🔥

Give this little workout a try, it may look cute but it will definitely make those buns burn and that core tighhhhtt !)

  • Mountain climber x 20

  • Single leg side slides x 15 (each leg)

  • Double leg side slides x 20

  • Glute bridge leg slides x 20

  • Straight leg back raise x 15 (each leg)

  • Glute bridge x 20

  • Dance x :100 (until you can)😍
