Am here once again, it's been pretty hectic with work, being a banker and also try to blog could be stressful stones, but I am giving it my best shot. I promised this community that I will create valuable content on every articles I blog about, and this is me delivering on that.

Nutrition is one widely talked about issue in the world as everyday research are going on and new discoveries are out telling us those foods to stay away from, those we should reduce intake off, those we should cherish and as much as possible always be in our mouth.
I studied biology education in the University and everyday I still search out knowledge in my field and thus I will be sharing to us today on TEN FRUITS FOR HEALTHY LIVING

A healthy balanced diet consists of a variety of different food types and class that provides us adequate nutrients necessary for good health.
Among the various classes of foods, fruits stand out as they are rich in minerals, vitamins and antioxidant. Hey so next time when that pharmacy prescripes those nutritional supplement, remember nothing beats nature.
The ten fruits which will be briefly discussed here are power packed for a healthier you.

  3. Grapes: As little as a bulb of grape contains potassium and iron, which helps prevent cramps and anaemia.   4. Mangoes: Mangoes are more popular, bringing to memory my childhood days mangoes where my favorites. Mangoes are packed full with beta-carotenes which the body converts into vitamin A to promote good eye sight, bone growth and a healthy immune system.   5. Kiwi: This not to famous fruit is a low calorie, high fibre,eady snack that's great for weight loss. Loaded with vitamin C and E, Kiwis help protect against cancer and improve optical health. kiwi-3089118_1920.jpg

  6. Apples: Possibly the lightiest on the calorie counter, apples make a great choice for weight watchers. They also contains abundant quercetin, which shields against brain cell and degeneration and risk of developing high blood pressure. apple-3111111_1920.jpg

  7.   8. Grapefruit: orange is a great vitamin c source, but you want grapefruit because bigger is better. Half a grapefruit is a vitamin c powerhouse, and also has high levels of fiber, potassium, and vitamin A.   9. Bananas:* A banana makes the perfect grab-and-go snack, seeing as it's already wrapped. It's potassium and fiber content promote long-lasting energy and keep you alert all day long. Without the fat or salt, bananas are healthier than granola bars or pretzels.

  10. Blueberries : Considered as super foods, the blueberry's vitamin c, anthocyanin and other antioxidants help fight diseases and boost brainpower. According to research, people who eat more blueberries are less likely to develop macular degeneration in later years.
