I knew that I wrote a post about Daylight Saving Time a while ago.
Fortunately I found it. This is the power of #steem that you can retrieve your old post and share it again.
Please read it here.
Big difference now for Floridians.
I guess we do not want to bother with the notion of changing our clock back on hour Sunday early morning.
I am always confuse with it but at the same time I adjust pretty quickly after couple days.
Florida would like to stay with DST due to the duration of it.
Definitely one hour of sleep tonight. I am down for it.
Standard Time will take place November till March. It is about 4 months
Daylight Saving Time will take place March till November. It is about 8 months.
Florida tried this year to stay in DST.
Florida congress passed a bill to make it happen.
Unfortunately it is not up to Florida Congress to enact such bill.
It is up to USA congress to do so. This is for DST.
Florida can stay in Standard Time, but it is only 4 months.
Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and most of Arizona don't observe daylight saving time, so no need to change the clocks in those places and FLorida would love to do the opposite, stay in Daylight Saving Time.

According to this article This is what we have to get use to

Schoolkids could be walking in the dark.
So many school bus out and around safety is first. Eventually we may get used to it.
Your afternoon commute would likely be in the light year-round.
Apparently for a while it will be a problem but in the long run, humans being adapt pretty fast. We should worry with climate change more.
Year-round Daylight Saving Time would seriously change your TV habits.
Seriously this is the least I would worry about. Most people pay for cable and they end up watching the show later on TVR.
Everything else will be a Florida way and we will be fine.
FLORIDA TIME
We are in a position where it should be fine cause Florida is in a place by itself.
We are mostly connected to Georgia and Alabama.
I mean I think we can handle it.
For the time being I will take with great joy that hour of sleep this morning.

It makes no sense to switch back and forth with the time. Indiana also does not change. If the kids walking in the dark is the argument, they will be in the dark in the morning weather the time changes or not. I have read there are more accidents and heart attackes when the time goes back in the spring. I often wondered if retail ( big money ) also somehow played a part in the time change... more holiday sales. I just don’t understand why we don’t stop this once and for all!
