To the moon and back down to earth

Following on from the post yesterday https://steemit.com/busy/@qam2112/thorncoin-to-the-moon-again don't like to say I told you so but I did.
ThornCoin had a little pump up to the dizzy heights of $0.25 and is now back down to around $0.17 but for someone who knew this would happen and bought at $0.13 made a nice little profit with a simple note and "information" that something was going on. All it takes is a little bit of hype to make a small cap coin jump, it happens everyday and people keep falling for it and losing money. For someone to make money someone has to lose that's just the way the world works. Someone sold at $0.25 which means someone bought at $0.25 now the price is $0.17 so you do the math. If you bought at $0.25 you are now stuck until someone else wants to pay you more than that price in order for you to break even or make a profit.
Thorncoin is different as you can stake your coin and make daily interest therefore actually making money but the LTS long term staking is disabled for some reason and has been for a month so you are literally just sitting on another coin at this point waiting for someone to come along and take them off your hands.
Having said all that I am still hopeful of the project as it has a small market cap and could still explode but a lot of work needs to be done.
I feel sorry for people that came along for the ride due to some YouTube "guru" that pimped his referral link out so was in for nothing sold all his or her commission based coins and is now on to the next money making referral scheme and people will follow them because people don't want to do research themselves and actually read they would rather have some kid read some bullet points to them.
People need to start taking responsibility for there own investments do there own research so they have no one to blame if it doesn't go well or take full credit when it does.
