Night sky guide for February 2018: - Partial Solar Eclipse

in busy •  7 years ago

This new moon is also on 15th February. This is the best time of month to inspect the unconscious objects such as galaxies and star clusters because there is no moonlight to interfere.

This is when a partial solar eclipse will appear in parts of Chile, Argentina and Antarctica. It is moving towards our next astronomical event on January 15 after Super Blue Blood Moon on 31st January. This next full moon is on March 2 and then on March 31.

This is good news for all those who are sleeping on 31st night this month will not be full moon. These steps will arrive at UTC 21:07.
