GRANOLA RECIPE

Ingredients:
180 g rolled oats
40 g popped amaranth
120 g whole hazelnuts
¼ - ½ tsp of salt
¼ tsp of vanilla bean powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
40 g of coconut oil
1 tbsp hazelnut butter
100 ml of maple syrup
✨
method:
- Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Mix all dry ingredients in a big mixing bowl.
- In a small saucepan melt coconut oil, hazelnut butter and maple syrup and stir the mixture until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the ingredients in the bowl and mix until there are no dry parts left.
- Spread granola onto a baking paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the granola has a golden brown color. (Hint: To ensure equal toasting rotate the baking sheet after 10 min.)
- Let Granola cool down completely on the baking sheet before breaking it up in clusters.
