It is just beginning of March and we are already reeling under the hot weather!
Indoor, Air conditioner gives relief from heat, but what to do when one is out on the streets/road. Staying under direct sun can dehydrate the body so it is vital to keep yourself hydrated all the time.
Other than having cold water which actually just make your throat cold, it is all the more important to have things which makes the body cool. There is option to have natural coconut water, lemonade, sugarcane juice. These days when it is hot you can see the hawkers selling the nectar of summers!
