To sit and gaze off into the distance. Think about the past. To imagine the future. What do we need in life? Where is our happiness?

So it is possible to speculate endlessly. Think of how wonderful it is to breathe fresh air, look at the sea, listen to the rustle of the forest.

Take care of all this and happiness will always be there)

    So very true. Gazing at the sea is one of my most fav things to do. Very good for clearing thoughts, feelings to gain more clarity and inner guidance.
