High blood pressure and ostracism

Whatever it is necessary to do: -
Every morning blood pressure tests are done at least once.
Treat medicines according to doctor's prescription.
Reduce body weight.
Practice at least 30 minutes walking a day.
Sleep at 7 to 8 hours at night.
Take a full rest a week.
If there is any new symptoms, consult a doctor.
What is important to avoid: -
Worry should be avoided as much as possible.
Body weight can not be increased.
Extremely hard work can not be done.
Excerpts will be avoided.
It is risky to use drugs without consulting the doctor.
Do not increase or decrease the dosage of your will.
Table-salt or raw salt can not be eaten with rice or other foods
