Public facilities owned by the community in Oboh Village(map), Subulussalam City, Aceh, river water directly used for the needs of Bath, Wash and Toilet. The raft facility was clamped by the government through the Health Office as an unhealthy lifestyle, but the community denied the Health Office clamp. The public argument "so far no one has been infected by chronic diseases caused by the direct use of river water".
In essence, the community are accustomed and comfortable with the conditions underway, and know if the river water has not been contaminated by hazardous waste, while the government does not understand the problem in a comprehensive manner.
