Cheese Baida Roti is a delicious and indulgent Indian street food dish made with a crispy outer layer and a cheesy, flavorful filling. Here's a recipe to prepare Cheese Baida Roti:

Ingredients:

4 large eggs
4 rotis (Indian flatbreads)
1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil or ghee for cooking
Instructions:

In a bowl, beat the eggs until well combined. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix the grated cheese, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to create the filling mixture.
Take one roti and spread a generous amount of the cheese filling mixture evenly over it.
Place another roti on top to form a sandwich with the filling in the middle.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Add a teaspoon of oil or ghee and spread it evenly.
Carefully transfer the filled roti sandwich onto the hot tawa.
Pour a portion of the beaten egg mixture on top of the roti sandwich, spreading it out evenly to cover the surface.
Cook for a few minutes until the bottom side of the roti sandwich turns golden brown.
Flip the roti sandwich and cook the other side until it becomes golden brown and the cheese filling melts.
Remove the Cheese Baida Roti from the tawa and repeat the process with the remaining rotis and filling.
