My Goal

I think I had made a recent post regarding my Steemit Goal in my wall. You can find the link through here.

The GOAL at the moment is but small but as I dare say is achievable at my level------- that is to become a MINNOW. Though at the back of my mind, I'd reach for the moon dream dreem of the WHALEHOOD! hahaha ambitious me... Hey! There's no harm in dreeming BIG. As they say, Dont just dreem big, rather dreem bigger... and heavier i might add!

It have been a pretty rough steemit ride I have had since I started. I experienced having to go to a strange world on my own. I dont know anywone, much less I dont have any idea what was out there. I was brought here empty handed. First week of stay, I was kinda disappointed. I was not noticed, no likes and hardly no comments even from bots.. except on my introduction post.. and that was just it..Soooooo.... I faded away and lock my door from the Steemiverse.

But I went back. I started looking for HOPE.

Back with a Vengeance

I was right!! I did find HOPE.

It was high time to put some hard work unto my Steeming Journey. I have to prove to the community that I am worth reading, I am worth following, I am worth of your friendship. I learned that the secret to earn the trust of the community is to ENGAGE! I mean get out of my field, get out of my comfort zone.

I have joined several contests, I did lose a lot and I humbly won a few too.

To mention a few challenges/contests that I joined:

Do forgive me if I fail to mention the others as I am probably experiencing memory loss. To all, I am truly grateful to be part of your little games that had keep me going all this time. It had given me some inspiration that I was never alone.

But the biggest WIN I ever had was the 100 SP Giveaway by @jaydih!!!! It was so generous of him to be sharing a 100SP every week with one lucky steemian for a month. It was only recently that the delegation love was over. I went back to thank him again for his generosity. However, I found out that his contest was put on a hold, because no one was joining him. WHY??????... 100SP is already BIG and yet no one wants it???.. I feel really sad knowing that.

The Midnight Proposal

And then the good gentlemen and a humble witness which he hides himself under the codename @c0ff33a (who obiously doesn't love coffee! hahaha), had made an offer that had shaken the WW House. He is more than generous enough and magnanimously offering to give 100 SP delegation with no strings attached. He is planning to delegate it as long as you want it. How cool and wicked is that??!!!!

This week had really been BOOMBASTIC! I mean the spreading of joy and generosity has been overflowing. A lot of posts and community reach out had been made. Really I am just awed, with mouth open wide! And now this!! How awesome can a week get eh..

What can 100 SP do?

Hmmmmm.... Given the fact that I am still at far from Minnowhood, I have exactly but 84.900 of SP sitting in my wallet. The 200 extra there is my Minnowbooster SP lease. Yep! I tried one of those things, my curiosity lead me there. I wanted to know how it works.. haha and it will be gone in 2 weeks time I think.

You see, I have gotten to love being able to engage more in the community this past month. It had been recorded down in the Engagement League of @abh12345 and the first week I ranked #03, thank you for that Sir Ash!... Somehow, it made me realized two things.

• One, you'll find fullfiment in knowing other people. Getting to know them even just by asking how their day went. The conversation may last long because there are a lot of things you can talk about, not just steemmonster, cryptocurrency, bitcoin... blaaah blaaah... what matters is the connection you had made with them. You earn a friend at the end of the day.

• Two, its hard for me not to leave something in every post that I had read and commented. I made it a point that I leave them with some UPVOTE LOVE. It may not be worth that much but the fact that I made you feel you were not alone and that I was there! that is BIG to me... even it had reached to some point where it depleted my Voting Power.. Yes! I reached 16% down. I upvoted too much! Is that a bad thing?

The voting power one has solely depend on how much steem power you may have. The higher your steem power the strong is your voting power. In my case, its pretty hard to use the voting slider and set it a smaller % in every post that I seem to like. It seems that I could only give so much less, even if i wanted to give more. So with greater Steem Power, I believe I could give more.

And lastly, the 100 SP delegation coming from a witness like @c0ff33a, is such a BIG BIG thing for red fishes like me. Or any extended steem gifts for that matter are well appreciated. It gives me a little boost, a little push to keep going here in the vast community. I feel, that the delegation itself also serve as an incentive. Like, You have done something good here, the management is giving you a salary increase.. Whew! Atleast someone is watching over you!

Or its more like, SOMEONE SOMEWHERE CARES! I GOT YOUR BACK PLANKTON YOU CAN NOW SWIM A LITTLE FURTHER.

Expectations

I would like to be totally blunt and honest. I am not the kind of writer who can provide you epic and novel worthy pieces of writeups. Nor, create lovely inspiring life stories or fictions. Oh!! How I wish I could write beautifully as them. Or making videos, Im not great at that either.. Im not even pushing the mic to talk!!! hahaha sorry Im still a little shy shy. ask miss @dreemsteem!!! someday, I might surprise you all..just maybe. Dont count on it.

If you have seen my wall, most of my blogs are mommy everyday life. I am also into photography, I love taking snaps of my two quack quack ducks. And Im a such a foodie at heart, Im always hungry. Sometimes, I do a few crafty things.

But basically, I write what is in my heart. I like spontaniety and real life talk and gushing and some giggling too..All of my post are of original content.

In short, Im just a Goofy Mom who has a camera at hand with two ducks in tow. I love sharing our crazy life in our Dear #Ulog stories and showcase a mini gallery out of our candid life. My life at the moment as well as my Steemit Life somehow revolves around my little ducklings and the little passion I have in life. Though I can be very loud too, blame @dreemsteem and the WW Family, they are contagious. So, if that is what you are looking for as being ACTIVE, then I'll be glad to be your @c0ff33a little mini beanie. I can assure you that your 100 SP will go a long way. It will be fully nurtured and I will keep sharing it back to the community to the best that I can. For me, I your generosity is like a tiny seedling and it will slowly grow in time at the right hands.
