10 cherries in syrup
175 granulated sugar
100 g flour
50 g dark chocolate
25 g bitter cocoa
4 eggs
500 ml fresh cream
1 cup Kirsch liqueur (any of cherries)
Butter and flour for the mold
Preparation time: about 45 min
Cooking time 45 minutes in the oven
