Cheese cake kinda sorta 🤔🤔😉😉

As usual i experimented 😁 aadat se majboor, it was (had to be) an atta cake with citrus flavours. The citrus flavour overtook the entire bake and made it too sour for a cake and the texture wasn't great too 😏. It got cooked well though and it was eggless, so there was no way i could have chucked it.

So here's what i did, i crumbled the cake and pressed it firmly into an oiled square dish. I boiled alfalfa/chinagrass in half a litre of milk along with sugar and vanilla. poured the alfalfa liquid on the cake and grated few pistachios on top. Left it at room temperature till set and refrigerated it.

Tadaa !!! A beautiful looking cheese cake kinda sorta bliss is ready to be served. It was very well received with surprised faces cause it was looking too pretty to be homemade, atleast for my standards 😂. Coming to the taste, the sharp tartness of the cake base was very well balanced by the creamy sweetness of the topping ❤❤.

So i hope you now know what to do next time you have a flop cake in your hands 😉.
