Steamed pandan cake, delicious and very soft

Ingredients and how to make steamed pandan cake:

  • 3 eggs Chicken egg
  • 8 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon Emulsifier (Sp / tbm)

  • Beat eggs and sugar until late and change color
  • Then put 7 tablespoons of flour and 4 tablespoons of milk powder
  • Stir well
  • Then add 4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • Stir well
  • Add 1 tablespoon of pandanus paste
  • Stir well

  • After that apply a cake mold using butter
  • Then pour the dough into the mold / baking sheet
  • Do not forget to heat the steamer
  • Then put the dough into the steamer and cover using a clean napkin cloth
  • Wait until approximately 30 minutes

  • Finished
  • Ready to served
