PREPARATION MODE
Cook the sweet potato in the pressure cooker, with half a liter of water, for about 20 minutes. Peel and pass through the juicer, still hot. Add butter, eggs, desiccated coconut, sugar, condensed milk and yeast, stirring well with each addition. Pour into a medium greased rectangular baking dish and bake in a medium oven (180 ° C) for approximately 45 minutes. After cooled, sprinkle with the powdered sugar and cut into squares.
