I made this cake from a regular dough for an apple cake, though with a little less fat and sugar, which worked out perfectly. To make sure it wouldn't turn out too healthy I added the fat and sugar as wipped cream and chocolate as decoration. Also the apples I wanted to use as decoration instead of hiding them all inside the dough. I cut the apples in small pieces, cooked them separately, added some cinnamon and used them on the top of the cake. Here is the result:
