My Natural Remedy for Colds and Cough

Changing weather conditions can catches cough and colds.
We went to a grocery store last Sunday but unfortunately, when we were heading home, we were caught by the heavy rain. Riding a motorcycle while raining makes you like a basang sisiw or wet chicks. Haha.
As a result, I do have colds now.
I bought this small bottle of honey which is Php100. Then, these calamansi worth Php20. Thank God our neighbor have oregano plants. I ask her if she could give me some leaves. Then she says Yes. I feels glad that she let me get some oregano leaves.

Now i'm making a calamsi juice.

I crushed the leaves so that its juices will be extracted.


Finally I added the honey.

"Mabuti pa ang honey sweet, sila hindi" haha.

This is my kind of juice.
I use hot water for a relief. It also makes me feel warm because it is now raining outside.
