Both the same weight but significantly different calories!
Both excellent healthy choices but at a fraction of the carbs and calories [🍓carbs 6g and 🍌carbs 21g]. So if you have a low carb lifestyle or calorie count✏️ then 🍓and berries in general are going to be a great choice and a great supermodel!
