Soy muy amante del dulce y por ende la mayoría de las publicaciones de mi blog trata de recetas y la mayoría son postres, jeje, les voy a compartir un postre muy delicioso llamado Cabello de Ángel, espero que hagan esta receta muy pronto se que les gustara!!
Ingredientes:
- 1 kilo de cabello de ángel.
- 1 kilo de azúcar (se puede usar 1/2 kilo de azúcar y el restante en panela de papelón troceado o rallado).
- 3/4 de litro de agua.
- 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla.
Preparación:
- Se parte la fruta a lo largo, de manera que no dañe la hebra del fruto y se pone a sancochar.
- Aparte se hace un almíbar con el azúcar y el agua. Repita el paso con el papelón si realiza la variante ambas por separado.
- Una vez hecho ambos almibares, se juntan y se le añade la pulpa del cabello de angel sin semillas (queden en hebras)
- Dejar cocinar hasta que el almíbar quede algo transparente y en punto regular. Se aromatiza al bajarlo del fuego con 1 cucharadita de vainilla.
- Se deja reposar y se sirve a temperatura ambiente.
