gum is interesting, it is the only candy we do not actually eat. although it may come in hard candy coated shapes, we are discouraged to eat the center, but rather to spend time just chewing. Just thinking about that seems a bit odd, to chew and chew and chew but never to eat, but there is something very relaxing in that process. As human beings the act of chewing releases things to our brains that immediately relieve stress so when you have access to gum, you will find it helps to get rid of a bad day within minutes. You must be wary as all that chewing is also stressful on the muscles in our faces but if you regulate your chewing and do not do it constantly, gum and gumballs are an incredible thing that will help us face the future with open minds and hearts.
