Why People Miss Trump
Saturday, June 5th, 2021; there’s not much to say really.
The current time in Las Vegas 11:29 PM, Tokyo 3:29 PM, Kuwait City 9:32 AM, Madrid 8:33 AM.
Here are the latest numbers from Worldometer:
173,727,198 people have been infected around the globe with Covid-19.
3,736,409 have died from the disease. 156,605,997 have recovered. 2% death rate.
The rest are open cases awaiting an outcome.
Crypto is down again. Only last time this happened Bitcoin slipped to $3,000 and I thought of buying a Bitcoin only didn’t because of taxes. Don’t buy crypto anymore. Just try to earn it through blog posts and stuff for a hobby.
This time Bitcoin is around $30,000. That’s $10,000 more than its previous all time high of $20,000. So while people are upset its doing pretty well. It would be nice if social media coins like Steem, Hive, and Tron could say the same thing. Only they’re not doing much right now.
Crypto doesn’t have much to do with Trump. Only people miss Trump right now because things are moving pretty smoothly. There’s no importance to politics because spending must be justified. There are not hoards of anonymous people getting billions overnight for obscure pork belly spending.
Yet perhaps Republicans would disagree after looking at the Transportation Bill. Maybe they’re right. Only it hasn’t passed yet. With Trump there would be a violent protest somewhere making this deal the center of attention across the nation.
Instead the NBA takes center stage as Black Lives Matter. Vaccinations seem to be working. The Pandemic could become a bad memory soon and hard working Americans, can find a job anywhere across the country. Economic recovery and setting our eyes toward the Moon, and then Mars beyond.
Biden has embraced the change to electric cars. Corporate America is making the commitment to solve climate change as much for media relations, as to bolster Biden’s push to own the future.
Only lost in the green new deal is Hemp. While the people that pushed for it shared their visions of the future for a sustainable economy; the new sustainable economy took that momentum and shut them out. Once again, the profits can only be shared by a select few.
On the stock market companies are hidden like stars in the limitlessness of space. While people argue for the need to change and address climate change, hedge fund managers are secretly selecting the company to get the funding, when the time arrives for the political will to create the new green economy.
Then, in the blink of an eye, the rich get richer and own the future. While the followers must adjust and gamble for triple digit gains or go for conservative growth.
It’s just the way it is. Like those same people already using Starlink satellites to make faster trades on the NYSE. There’s no way around it. And yet it’s free and open to everyone.
As a member of the supreme conscious of our country, it feels as if we’ve won in giving humanity a boost in the right direction, toward a green sustainable economy.
Yet how strange it is, to look into the eyes of people that would kill Arabs for oil, and now calmly drive electric vehicles that they could have produced the entire time.
Change is slow. There must be a way for the mob to make money in the meantime. There’s no use telling them to make sacrifices.
