First country to regulate marijuana

The law that first regulated the problem of Ganja appeared in Virginia, one of the states in the United States, during the George Washington administration. Instead of banning the planting of cannabis trees, the law actually obliges every house to plant at least one cannabis tree. This is considering the many benefits that can be taken from the cannabis tree. One of them is the type of wood that will produce the best paper compared to paper produced from other types of wood.
