It's with a heavy heart that I report the Global Marijuana March , that takes place on the first Saturday of May, did not (officially) take place this year. Although I probably wouldn't have been able to make it this year, I'm sad it was cancelled.
The organizers of the other cannabis events must have been glad, for they keep the March pretty hush hush compared to profitable events like 4/20. So much that one year they neglected to even put up an event page; it was left to @Drutter and I. Please enjoy our tribute to the March and recap from last year.

Going further back in time, here we are in 2018 getting ready to start the March, and here we are later escorted by the RCMP who tried to shut down our Market immediately before; what a shitshow! 2016 was an insanely exciting year when we shut down the Cambie Street Bridge! Not that fighting off the police and yelling Legalization's a lie through the streets of downtown Vancouver isn't also exciting!

2018 and 2019 were pretty good turnout for the Ladies! We must keep the tradition alive, and continue all Cannabis events next year.
