Cannabinoids refer to any group of related compounds that include cannabinol and the active constituents of cannabis. They activate cannabinoid receptors in the body. The body itself produces compounds called endocannabinoids, and they play a role in many processes within the body that help to create a healthy environment. I think it’s also important to note that even cannabis stripped of its psychoactive compounds can treat cancer effectively.
Cannabinoids have been proven to reduce cancer cells, as they help rebuild the immune system. Although not every strain of cannabis has the same effect, more and more patients are seeing success in cancer reduction, and in a short period of time, by using cannabis. Contrary to popular belief, however, smoking cannabis does not treat disease within the body very well, as therapeutic levels cannot be reached through this method of ingestion. Eating the plant or consuming cannabis oil is the best way to absorb cannabinoids within the body.
The world has come a long way in accepting this plant as a medicine rather than a harmful substance. It’s a plant that could benefit the planet in more ways than one. While cannabis is not yet accessible or offered as treatment in the way that chemotherapy is, more people are becoming aware if it, which is why it’s so important to continue to spread information like this. We can no longer deny the tremendous healing power of this plant.
Nice post..and I already know this facts from a Professor from Heidelberg Germany. I wish that a$%#ole Harry J. Anslinger would be alive to witness what he have done to the society, after being bored since the end of the alcohol prohibition in the early 30's...he said on his campaign against marijuana:
"..By the tons it is coming into this country — the deadly, dreadful poison that racks and tears not only the body, but the very heart and soul of every human being who once becomes a slave to it in any of its cruel and devastating forms.... Marihuana is a short cut to the insane asylum. Smoke marihuana cigarettes for a month and what was once your brain will be nothing but a storehouse of horrid specters. Hasheesh makes a murderer who kills for the love of killing out of the mildest mannered man who ever laughed at the idea that any habit could ever get him....."
He worked for the FBI among other institutions and was a major a$!#ole. It's mostly like that...one idiot that is in a higher position comes up with some bull crap, and we have to deal with it for a century until we reverse the prohibition to a natural and common state. God I just hate Idiots in power...they are the enemy of the human race, and we need to wake up once and for all and stop respecting their authority.
