Great to hear from you! I hope your family is well. You must be getting ready for your Spring and Summer season. We’re in the middle of Autumn, getting ready for another Winter.
This week, we are finishing the Harvest and putting snow tires on our vehicles for the preparation of ice and snow.
I grew a plantation, mostly outside this year. I have 2 plants still left standing because their particular varieties aren’t suited for my Canadian position (longitudinally and latitudinally). They both would do better in a tropical climate because they need 3 more weeks to properly mature. I’m 3 weeks short of the proper amount of sunlight that these herbs need to finish properly. 10 months in, I could have grown a baby. Instead, I grew a big soufflé that has fallen due to the off timing of the opening of the oven door.
A lot of work for a dismal plating or final presentation.
