CBD Death Bubba - Strain Review

in cannabis •  6 years ago

Not gonna try this contest this time... Idk that I've even had any lemon anything haha
My state just legalized medical! And I qualify to get a card! So, I'm really excited and I have a question for you. I have IBS and gastritus, and serious anxiety and depression. I need a strain that helps my belly and digestive pain, and one for my depression, but my trouble is finding one that doesn't also aggravate my anxiety. Sometimes strains help with the stomach but they make me anxious. So it actually hurts my belly later (bc anxiety effects my stomach.) Anyway, I'm reading through your reviews but wanted to ask your personal opinion.
Thanks in advance for your time man :)

Well first off I'm no doctor so take what I saw with a grain of salt and not as medical advice.
I think you should lean towards the low thc sativa dominant hybrids. The indica's especially the ones high in THC are going to cause anxiety, which is in it self leads to digestive problems imo. I find the calming effects of lemon flavored sativa strains best to deal with anxiety and depression. As far as the upset stomach there maybe a terpene that can help with that. Pinene maybe one to check out for its anti- inflammatory effects. Which would be any strains that smells like pine trees or skunk. Here's a link to some great info on terpene's and their effects. https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-terpenes-how-they-work-and-their-effects-n310
Vaping instead of smoking can help get those terpenes delivered to your blood stream more efficiently by being able to dial in on the combustion temperatures of the select terpenes you are seeking. 400-420 degrees Fahrenheit is a good temp for me.
One last thing, look for something that is higher in CBD as well as any other cannabinoids. Most have been shown to be beneficial in anti-inflammatory properties as well as the fact that CBD will counteract the high of the THC which should help the anxiety.
CBD Skunk Haze is one strain that comes to mind for you. Not easy to find though so that's why the guidelines are a little better than specific strains suggestions I think.
