I harvested the Oregon Berry today. Since I have no other place to cure them, they're hanging in my living-room. I hung sheets around them to block out as much light as possible and still allow airflow. If I didn't live in such an arid environment I wouldn't be drying like this. I plan to get them nearly dry then put them in salmon boxes until I can finish trimming. It's a neat trick a friend showed me. Though, he also used Boveda packs to maintain humidity at 62%. Curing properly really is an art. More updates and photos to come as harvest progresses.
