I miss my Canon... a little

in canon •  8 years ago

Next summer will mark two years since I switched to Nikon D750. I must say I enjoyed the cheap and seemingly endless amount of lens options while using a crop sensor camera. I also miss the flip screen from the 600D.

What are photographers here using and why? Would you prefer Crop over full frame or the other way around?

I am curious about your opinions.

Let me know

Best wishes,

Jumowa

I'm just not that into photography. Just one of those things I haven't found time for. I have a Fujifilm bridge camera that is good for zoom, but basic otherwise. Like many people I end up using my phone most of the time, but then I see pictures taken by talented people using good equipment and I can see why they do it.

I'm using 500D

Cool. Seen professional photographers with your camera working on cruise ships

What on my experience with photography is.. yes. The high end of the camera, the better picture. But if we have more skill on photo editing, an added advantages.

Because canon, Nikon, Sony is nothing when go into photoshop.. because the identity, tone, colour, shadows, and everything can be adjusted

But the more tools or high end tools n camera used plus with skills, the more image sharp, smooth and owesome.

I know photoshop before knowing photography.. there something that photoshop cannot do. Photography is purely nature!! That is why I'm into it.

Bought a Canon 80D with a 18-135mm USM lens just last week. Still have a lot to learn but the camera feels great and has a great interface and touchscreen which i really like :)

I always had my eye on this one. The focus is silent and the flip screen i there + 60fps. Not sure if to sell my niko and get the canon? One prob I always had with canon was that the recording would just stop

Mhh haven't had any issues with that luckily, sure your memorycard had sufficient writing speed? Had a similair problem with my Gopro once, turned out my memorycard had trouble writing when i bumped up the quality. Will be posting some photos taken by the 80D soon. Good luck making those hard choices ;)

thx. memory card is the fastest out there. still using the same sd cards with my nikon, no probs

Im not a photograph and I dont know much about cameras, but I really like your picture with the stormtrooper :)

:] thank you
