The Progressive Conservatives of Manitoba engaged KPMG to audit Manitoba Health and other public services. But can we trust KPMG, particularly in the light of the Carillion fiasco/disaster/crumble/crash/collapse?

Mark Stallard lays out the facts. KPMG is either grossly incompetent or rotten to the core?
