19 years ago, in La Paz (Bolivia), Hanoi was honored to be awarded the title "City for peace" by UNESCO. This is the recognition of the international community for the outstanding achievements of Hanoi Capital in the process of innovation, as well as the aspiration of the Vietnamese people for peace. 19 years is not a long time with the development history of Hanoi Capital - a city more than 1,000 years old, this is also the time when Hanoi has changed.
That's a great looking building. It has many interesting features. I especially like how the main building contracts, both in form and color with the surrounding walls.
